We are hiring a CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Manager to be a part of Bellowells Comprehensive School Health Program in Himachal Pradesh. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing CSR funding from corporate partners, managing relationships, and ensuring strategic alignment between partner objectives and Bellowells mission of delivering impactful health and wellness programs in government schools.

Roles Responsibilities +

- Identify and approach companies with CSR mandates aligned with health, education, and child development

- Develop and execute CSR strategies that align with Bellowell s goals and corporate partner priorities

- Prepare customized proposals and presentations for potential CSR donors

- Maintain regular communication and relationship-building with corporate partners

- Monitor project implementation and prepare timely impact reports and documentation

- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of CSR-supported activities

- Represent Bellowell in CSR meetings, events, and platforms

Qualifications +





- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business, Development Studies, Communications, or a related field

- Strong proposal writing, presentation, and communication skills

- Proven ability to build and manage donor relationships

- Knowledge of CSR laws, compliance, and reporting structures

- Willingness to travel across Himachal Pradesh for partner meetings and coordination
