Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sourcing Manager to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end sourcing operations for Dhanori Location.

This role demands strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills to build and sustain an effective network of channel partners, brokers, and vendors, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified leads and site visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
- Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners and broker networks to generate quality leads and site visits.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with channel partners and brokers.
- Coordinate closely with sales and CRM teams to ensure seamless lead flow and conversion.
- Conduct regular follow-ups, performance reviews, and engagement activities with channel partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and sourcing performance to optimize strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities, broker registrations, agreements and conversions.
- Organize and participate in broker meets, real estate expos, and networking events.
- Ensure sourcing processes are aligned with company policies and project objectives.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Minimum 5 8 + years of experience in real estate sourcing or channel sales
- Proven track record of managing channel partners and driving business through them.
- Familiarity with Pune real estate market (Dhanori preferred)
