Job Title: Call Representative Executive (CRE)

Location: Apollo Clinic, Zoo Road, Guwahati

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound patient calls professionally.
- Make appointment confirmation, reminder, and follow-up calls.
- Follow up with patients for consultations, health check-ups, reports, and recommended services.
- Provide information regarding doctors, appointments, packages, and clinic services.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, patient interactions, and follow-ups.
- Address patient queries and coordinate with relevant departments when required.
- Collect patient feedback and ensure proper follow-up on concerns.
- Promote relevant clinic services and health packages.
- Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.
- Maintain a courteous, professional, and patient-friendly approach at all times.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Assamese preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Prior experience in tele-calling, customer service, or healthcare will be an advantage.
- Pleasant personality with a robust customer-service orientation.
