Job Overview

Nells Bakehouse is looking for a friendly and responsible Counter/ Billing Staff to manage the bakery counter, assist customers, and handle billing operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of billing systems while ensuring a pleasant customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers at the bakery counter
- Handle billing and payment processing accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area
- Provide information about bakery and pastry products to customers
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure a positive service experience




- Coordinate with kitchen and bakery staff for product availability

Requirements

- Basic billing or cashiering knowledge
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, polite, and responsible attitude
- Ability to handle customers efficiently
- Basic computer or POS billing knowledge is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in bakery, café, or retail counter service is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced customer environment

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
