Working Hours: 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday & some Saturdays
We are looking for an experienced and engaging IGCSE First Language English Teacher to work with our secondary students.
The Role
Teach Cambridge IGCSE First Language English
Develop solid skills in reading, writing, comprehension and communication
Encourage thoughtful discussion, independent thinking and confident expression
Build students' interest in literature, language and writing
Plan engaging lessons suited to different learning needs
Assess student work, give meaningful feedback and track progress
Prepare students effectively for Cambridge assessments and examinations
Work collaboratively with teachers, mentors and parents
What We Are Looking For
Minimum 2 years of English teaching experience
Master's degree in English / English Literature preferred
IGCSE or Cambridge teaching experience preferred
Excellent spoken and written English
Solid subject knowledge and interest in literature
Warm, respectful and patient approach towards adolescents
Willingness to learn, adapt and work collaboratively
