- Manage procurement and contract activities for civil construction & interior projects.

- Identify, prequalify and maintain vendors, suppliers, subcontractors and labour contractors.

- Review tenders, prepare BOQs, rate analysis, RFQs and techno-commercial comparisons.

- Obtain quotations, negotiate rates and recommend cost-effective procurement options.

- Verify site indents, quantities, specifications and budget allocations.

- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders, Work Orders and subcontract agreements.

- Coordinate with site, engineering and planning teams to ensure timely procurement.

- Track material deliveries, GRNs and vendor/subcontractor performance.

- Verify bills against POs/Work Orders and coordinate timely payment processing.

- Requirements: 8-1 2 years experience in construction contracts/procurement, solid Excel/ERP skills, negotiation and commercial knowledge.
