Job Title: Video Editor — Content Team

Location: Bangalore (Indiranagar) | Hybrid — 2 days in-office, rest remote

Reports to: Founder (Ramya)

About the Role

You'll be editing across two distinct content voices — Bungeo's café page (product, food, café life) and the founder's personal brand page (storytelling, relatable, founder-journey content). Both need a robust eye for pacing and platform-native editing, but the tone shifts: Bungeo leans into craft, food, and café energy; the founder page leans into honest, unfiltered, dry-humor storytelling — no inspo music over golden-hour shots, no tidy resolutions.

Responsibilities

Across both pages:

- Edit reels and videos end-to-end using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and After Effects
- Assist with shoots when needed — framing, lighting, general shoot support
- Own the full edit: color, sound, pacing, captions, motion graphics where needed
- Organize and archive raw footage for reuse

For Bungeo (café page):

- Follow Bungeo's brand guidelines for tone, pacing, captions, and visual style
- Edit food/product-focused content, café life, and day-to-day café content
- Maintain a consistent, appetizing, on-brand visual identity

For the founder page:





- Follow the founder's specific tone guidelines — dry, self-deprecating, anti-polish, peer-to-peer
- Edit storytelling reels and long-form pieces that feel like a real person talking, not a polished brand
- Work closely with the founder and content strategist to match the emotional beat of each script
- Keep edits minimal/purposeful — nothing over-produced or "guru-style"

Requirements

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and After Effects
- A portfolio showing range — both product/food content and narrative/storytelling edits
- Strong sense of pacing and platform-native editing (Reels/TikTok pacing, longer narrative formats)
- Comfortable switching tone between two distinct content voices
- Basic understanding of food/lifestyle content is a plus

Work Structure

- 2 days/week in-office (Indiranagar) — shoots, syncs, collaborative review sessions
- Remaining days — remote, with regular check-ins on drafts and progress

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bengaluru, Karnataka (Bengaluru, Bengaluru Urban District)
