s Instagram presence, leveraging parent,tutor & founder content to create both long-form and short-form content.

- Develop and execute a Founders LinkedIn content strategy, incorporating a mix of written posts and short-form videos derived from existing content.

- Identify key content themes and topics that align with Mentor Match

’

s expertise, industry trends, and audience interests.

- Continuously refine content distribution strategies to maximize engagement and growth.

- Oversee the filming and editing process for social content, ensuring high-quality production and platform specific optimization.

- Analyze content performance metrics and iterate based on data-driven insights.

- Conduct weekly interviews with parents & tutors to extract valuable insights.

Criteria:





- 2+ years of experience growing a personal brand or a brand page with proven success in scaling reach and engagement.

- Expertise in social media content strategy, and understanding the nuance in strategy between long form video, short form video, podcast, and written.

- Deep understanding of social platform algorithms, engagement tactics, and audience growth strategies.

- Comfortable to shoot on camera whenever needed

- Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to extract and refine high-value insights.

Core KPI's:

- Shares per month

- Organic valid leads generated per month

- Posting Cadence: 10 pieces of content/week
