Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Computer Operator to handle day-to-day computer operations, data entry, documentation, records, and office system-related work. The candidate should have good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word, email, internet, and basic computer troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare and update reports, statements, and Excel sheets.
- Handle MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and other office applications.
- Maintain employee, inventory, purchase, sales, and administrative data as required.
- Enter, verify, and update information in company software/ERP systems.
- Prepare invoices, documents, letters, and other office reports.
- Manage and organize digital files and folders.
- Handle official emails and correspondence when required.
- Take printouts, scans, photocopies, and maintain digital documentation.
- Check data for accuracy and correct errors promptly.
- Maintain proper records of documents and transactions.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports and daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.




- Perform other computer and administrative tasks assigned by management.

Required Skills
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Knowledge of Excel formulas, sorting, filtering, formatting
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Google Workspace will be an advantage.

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma or certification in Computer Applications will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience as a Computer Operator, Data Entry Operator, Office Assistant, MIS Executive, or similar role.

Salary ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Working Hours

9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Monday to Saturday

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should be computer-savvy, reliable, accurate, organized, and comfortable working with large amounts of data and office documentation.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
