Job Summary

Aadinath Bulk Pvt. Ltd. is a growing transportation company involved in major transportation and mobility projects, including GSRTC, AMTS and Volvo bus operations.

We are looking for a Computer Operator to support our day-to-day transportation operations through accurate data entry, Excel reporting, record management and MIS preparation.

The candidate should have strong MS Excel skills, good typing speed and high accuracy in data handling.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter, update and maintain daily operational data accurately.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain records related to buses, trips, drivers, attendance and operations.
- Update daily bus deployment, trip and operational records.
- Prepare Excel reports and summaries as required by the Operations team.
- Verify data and identify errors or missing information.
- Maintain digital and physical records of operational documents.
- Coordinate with Operations, HR, Maintenance and Accounts teams for required data.
- Prepare reports related to bus utilization, attendance, trips and operational performance.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of records.
- Support management with data and reports whenever required.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of company information.





Education & Experience
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a Computer Operator, MIS Executive, Data Entry Operator or similar role.
- Experience in transportation, logistics, fleet operations or similar industry will be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong Excel and computer skills may also be considered.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good knowledge of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF/SUMIFS, IF and basic Excel formulas.
- Positive typing speed and data-entry accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and email communication.
- Good data management and reporting skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle large amounts of operational data.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

We are looking for a responsible, accurate and Excel-skilled Computer Operator who can efficiently manage transportation-related data and support the Operations team with timely and accurate reports.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
