We are looking for a Computer Operator who is efficient in handling computer-based tasks and has good knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel. The ideal candidate should have good English communication and reading skills and be able to perform day-to-day data entry and documentation work accurately.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform day-to-day computer operations and data entry tasks.
- Enter, update, and maintain records accurately in Excel and other systems.
- Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and documents.
- Handle MS Excel for data management, formatting, sorting, filtering, and basic calculations.
- Use MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications efficiently.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical records.
- Check data for accuracy and correct errors when required.
- Handle routine office documentation and computer-related activities.
- Communicate effectively with team members and provide required information.
- Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality of company data.

Required Skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Experience & Qualification
- Experience: Fresher to 1 year.
- Freshers with good computer and MS Office skills are encouraged to apply.
- Basic educational qualification with relevant computer knowledge preferred.
