Roles and Responsibilities :

- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and regulations, including RBI requirements.

- Conduct regular compliance testing and reporting to identify areas of improvement.

- Develop and implement effective compliance policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risks.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

- Monitor and report on compliance performance metrics.

- Implement corrective actions to address non-compliances identified during testing and reporting.

Job Requirements :

- Strong understanding of Regulatory Guidelines (RBI) and ability to interpret them effectively.

- Experience in Compliance Reporting, Compliance Testing, and implementing corrective actions based on findings.

- Ability to develop and implement effective compliance policies, procedures, and controls.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and meet deadlines.
