Role - Executive Compliance
Days - 6 days working
Shifts - Day
Location - Gurugram - Sector 18
Skill Requirements:
1. Strong knowledge of Shop & Establishment Act, EPF, ESI, and Basic Labour Law Compliance.
2. Good understanding of contractor documentation and statutory obligations under contract labour arrangements.
3. Ability to maintain records accurately and meet deadlines.
4. Positive coordination and follow-up skills with internal teams, vendors, and authorities.
5. Working knowledge of MS Excel and compliance tracking systems.
Educational Qualification:
1. Graduate in Human Resources or Law.
2. Min. 2-3 years of experience in HR compliance, statutory compliance, or payroll compliance.
3. Experience in filing EPF/ESI returns, license renewals, and contractor compliance preferred.
