Role: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, train, and develop insurance advisors/agency partners.
Drive business growth through the Agency Channel and achieve monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors and channel partners.
Monitor team performance and conduct regular reviews to improve productivity.
Develop sales strategies and identify recent business prospects in the assigned market.
Motivate and mentor the team to improve activation, productivity, and retention.




Ensure adherence to company processes and applicable regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications
Any Graduate.
Min 2+ Years in Banking, finance, Broking, Loan, Insurance or BFSI sales experience are preferred.
Solid communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
Sales and team-handling experience will be an advantage.
Willingness to work in field sales and travel locally as required.
