The Postcard Hotel Team want to create hotels that are aimed squarely at the leisure audience and will be in destinations by the sea, in the mountains or jungles rich in wildlife.
Our team is committed to building and operating 50 hotels in the next 5 years. As we start operations, the hotel company today has INR 600 crores of assets under management. We are looking for hard-working and efficient commis chef to prepare meal ingredients for the chef de partie and assist with various kitchen duties.

You will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Accurately measuring meal ingredients for the Chef de Partie.
- Preparing meal ingredients,
which includes seasoning of different meats as well as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits.
- Preparing basic salads and sauces as directed by the Chef de Partie.
- Receiving deliveries and verifying that all ordered items have been delivered and are of valuable quality.
- Taking inventory of restaurant supplies and notifying the supervisor of low or depleted supplies.
- Discarding all expired and spoiled food items stored in the stock rooms, refrigerators, and freezers.
- Performing basic cleaning duties and ensuring that workstations are properly sanitized.
- Plating and presenting meal items as per the Chef de Parties instructions.
