About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Coding & Robotics Trainer to teach students programming, robotics, and STEM concepts through hands-on, project-based learning.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct coding and robotics classes for school students.
- Teach programming concepts using platforms such as Scratch, Python, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and block-based coding.
- Design and deliver engaging, hands-on robotics and STEM projects.
- Prepare lesson plans, activities, worksheets, and project-based assessments.
- Guide students in building and programming robots and electronic projects.
- Participate in school workshops, competitions, exhibitions, and STEM events.
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain and manage robotics kits, electronic components, and classroom equipment.
- Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents when required.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Robotics, Education, or a related field.
- 1–3+ years of experience in coding, robotics training, STEM education, or a similar role.




- Strong knowledge of programming fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with Arduino, sensors, motors, robotics kits, or similar hardware.
- Positive communication and classroom-management skills.
- Passion for working with children and making technical concepts easy and fun to understand.
- Willingness to travel to schools/learning centers across Mumbai when required.
