About Mensrelief:

We are redefining personalized men's wellness through the proven science of Ayurveda. We do not sell generic, off-the-shelf products. Instead, we provide highly customized Ayurvedic medication regimens tailored strictly to each patient’s unique health profile and needs.

Launched in 2025, we have rapidly grown to an 8-10 person team with a highly effective, rigorously tested foundation of Ayurvedic formulations. Now, we are preparing to scale our operations from PAN India to the global market. We are looking for a Medical Co-Founder to invest in the vision, take full ownership of our patient consultation ecosystem, and act as the clinical authority of the brand.

We are also on the verge of a major tech evolution. Over the next 3-4 months, we are integrating AI-driven diagnostic tools and clinical decision support systems. This will allow us to scale our constitution analysis and streamline our personalized medication model for a global audience.

What You Will Own:

- Clinical Leadership & Customization: Lead personalized, 1-on-1 patient consultations to diagnose and prescribe customized Ayurvedic medications based on exact patient needs.
- Team Building & Scaling: As patient volume grows globally, you will transition from daily consultations to hiring, training, and managing a full team of top-tier Ayurvedic practitioners.
- Clinical Operations: Build the SOPs and medical guidelines for our consultation pipeline, ensuring high-quality,



premium patient care at scale.
- Clinical Tech & AI Integration: Over the next 3-4 months, we are rolling out proprietary AI tools to assist with patient diagnostics and treatment tracking. You will serve as the medical authority, helping to refine these AI models to ensure our personalized Ayurveda remains clinically accurate at scale.

What You Bring to the Table (Non-Negotiables):

- Premium English Communication: Impeccable spoken and written English is mandatory. You will be conducting high-end patient consultations—often with international or high-net-worth individuals—and must deliver a premium, trust-building experience.
- Extensive Consultation Experience: You must have 3+ years of active, hands-on experience in leading Ayurvedic patient consultations, specifically with a solid understanding of men's health and wellness.
- Medical Qualifications: Must hold a BAMS or an MD/MS in Ayurveda.
- Operational Mindset: You are not just a practitioner; you are a builder ready to scale a global medical operations team.
