Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced CNC Setter / Operator with hands-on experience in CNC machine operation and setting. The candidate must have strong knowledge of G-Code and M-Code and be capable of setting up machines, reading engineering drawings, and ensuring quality production.

Key Responsibilities

- Set and operate CNC turning / VMC machines as per production requirements.
- Must have valuable knowledge of G-Code and M-Code.
- Perform machine setting, tool setting, offset corrections, and job changeovers.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and machining specifications.




- Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts, speeds, and feeds.
- Perform first-piece inspection and in-process quality checks.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of G-Code & M-Code – Mandatory.
- CNC machine setting and operating experience.
- Knowledge of CNC controls such as Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi will be an advantage.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of cutting tools, tool offsets, and machining parameters.
- Good understanding of dimensional tolerances and inspection methods.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
