About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Closing Manager to handle the complete booking and closure process for our real estate projects. The person will coordinate with customers, sales team, CRM, accounts, legal and other internal teams to ensure that every deal moves smoothly from booking to final closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle the end-to-end closing process for residential/commercial real estate sales.
- Follow up with customers after booking and ensure timely completion of all required formalities.
- Coordinate with the Sales, CRM, Accounts, Legal and Documentation teams for smooth closure.
- Explain payment schedules, agreement details and other required formalities to customers.
- Ensure timely collection of booking amounts, installments and other applicable charges.
- Handle customer queries related to agreements, payments, documentation and possession/closure.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, agreements, payments and pending closures.
- Track pending cases and regularly follow up with customers and internal teams.
- Support the sales team in converting bookings into successful closures.




- Prepare regular MIS and closure reports for management.
- Identify delays or issues in the closing process and take necessary action to resolve them.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Ensure all documentation and processes are completed as per company policies.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4–5 years of experience in real estate sales/closing or a similar role.
- Good understanding of the real estate sales and closing process.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
- Positive knowledge of documentation, agreements and payment processes.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
- Strong follow-up, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Should be comfortable handling targets and deadlines.

Preferred Candidate A candidate who is customer-focused, responsible, well-organized and good at follow-ups, with the ability to independently manage multiple closures and coordinate with different teams. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
