We’re looking for a responsible, confident and patient-focused professional to join our growing team as a Clinic Manager & Treatment Coordinator.
This is more than a front-desk role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the patient journey, treatment coordination and day-to-day clinic operations and grow into a leadership position with us.

We are a premium, technology-driven dental practice with 18+ years of clinical experience, focused on advanced and comprehensive dentistry including:
- Dental Implants
- Full Mouth Rehabilitation
- Smile Designing & Veneers
- TMD Management
- Digital Dentistry
- CBCT & Intraoral Scanning
- Advanced patient-care protocols
Key Responsibilities
Patient Experience
- Manage the complete patient journey from enquiry to treatment completion
- Ensure patients feel welcomed, informed and cared for
- Handle patient concerns professionally
- Coordinate appointments and follow-ups
Treatment Coordination
- Explain treatment plans after doctor’s consultation
- Coordinate high-value treatment cases
- Follow up on pending treatment plans
- Communicate treatment estimates and payment options
- Improve treatment acceptance through ethical, patient-centric communication
Clinic Operations
- Coordinate doctors, reception and dental assistants
- Conduct/coordinate daily morning huddles
- Monitor daily schedules and patient flow
- Ensure SOPs and clinic protocols are followed
- Coordinate with dental laboratories and vendors
- Maintain daily operational reports
Team Coordination
- Track completion of daily responsibilities
- Identify operational gaps
- Support a positive and accountable team culture
- Escalate important issues appropriately
Who We’re Looking For

✅ Comfortable with technology, Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting
✅ Interested in building a long-term career in healthcare management
Preferred Qualification
BBA / MBA / Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management / Business Management / Hotel Management or a relevant bachelor’s degree.
Candidates with dental or healthcare experience will be preferred.
Experience
3+ years of relevant experience preferred in:
- Dental clinics
- Hospitals
- Healthcare operations
- Treatment coordination
- Cosmetic/aesthetic clinics
- IVF/eye hospitals
- Premium hospitality/customer experience
Compensation ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month + performance incentives
Salary will depend on experience, communication skills and overall suitability.
