Qualification : BE / B.Tech Civil or Diploma in Civil.

Experience : 1 - 3 years.

Responsible for supervising and coordinating civil construction, maintenance, and renovation activities at the hospital premises. The role involves monitoring site work, ensuring quality and safety standards, coordinating with contractors and engineers, and completing projects within the planned schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily civil works and ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and site teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor construction quality, materials, workmanship, and site safety.
- Track work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
- Inspect and report defects, maintenance requirements, and site issues.
- Maintain basic site records, measurements, and work reports.
- Ensure civil works are carried out with minimal disruption to hospital operations.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
