About the Role:
We are seeking a high-performance Executive Assistant (EA) to support a dynamic founder operating across multiple priorities, teams, and external stakeholders.
The role goes beyond traditional administrative support. The EA will act as a central coordination and execution partner, ensuring that priorities are clear, tasks are progressing, and nothing falls through the cracks.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and highly responsive, with the ability to operate with speed, discretion,



and robust judgment in a fast-moving workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
Manage complex calendar, scheduling, and meeting coordination across stakeholders
Prioritize and triage incoming communication (email, WhatsApp, Slack, requests)
Ensure seamless day-to-day operations for the executive

Meeting Management & Follow-Ups
Attend key meetings and capture:
Decisions
Action items
Ownership
Deliver concise summaries within a short turnaround time (not long-form minutes)
Track and follow up on all commitments made

Task Tracking & Accountability
Maintain and update task trackers (Excel / tools like Monday.com)
Monitor progress across team initiatives
Proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure completion
Identify completed vs pending vs redundant tasks

Daily Planning & Reporting
Prepare daily priority briefs for the executive
Provide end-of-day summarie
