Godrej Properties is hiring experienced Finishing & MEP professionals for the Godrej Aristocrat project.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise finishing and MEP activities at the project site.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire-fighting, and other relevant activities.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQs, quality standards, and project timelines.




- Conduct site inspections and ensure timely closure of snags and defects.
- Monitor manpower, materials, productivity, and daily project progress.
- Ensure compliance with project quality and safety standards.

Candidate Requirements
- Any Graduate
- 4–10 years of relevant experience in Finishing and/or MEP execution.
- Experience in residential/commercial construction projects preferred.
- Robust site execution, quality control, and contractor coordination skills.
