We’re hiring a Chef Coach at M — someone who loves food, loves teaching, and wants to play a hands-on role in building a completely new category for how urban households run their kitchens.

Get startup-level exposure and shape a recent vertical from the ground up. You’ll work closely with a fast-moving team, build and own a thriving portfolio of household cooks, and have the prospect to shape how M’s culinary operations, training systems, and quality standards evolve as we scale.

Best-in-class, above-industry compensation, starting at ₹6 LPA, with compensation depending on your years of experience and overall profile.

As a Chef Coach, you’ll work with a portfolio of ~5 household cooks across member homes. You’ll train and mentor cooks, conduct hands-on coaching sessions, improve cooking techniques and food quality, troubleshoot kitchen challenges, and ensure consistency in taste, hygiene, presentation, and execution. You’ll also help cooks learn new cuisines and techniques while adapting to each household’s preferences and requirements.

You’ll work closely with our Operations,



Customer Support, Product, and Leadership teams to solve food-related issues, track cook performance, and build training content, SOPs, and recipe guides as we scale.

We’re looking for someone with a strong background in culinary, hospitality, catering, restaurant operations, or culinary training, robust cooking fundamentals, and experience training or managing kitchen teams. Patience, empathy, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a genuine passion for teaching are essential.

This is a full-time, onsite, field-based role in Indiranagar, Bangalore, with 5 working days a week, including weekends and two rotating weekdays off. The role requires flexibility to work across multiple member homes and support household schedules.
