We are Hiring for one of India's fastest-growing Circular Economy companies, specializing in Mechanical Recycling and Advanced Chemical Recycling of plastic waste. we are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team.

We would prefer candidates only from Automotive , Polymer , Manufacturing Industries , Tyres Components, Plastic Components Industries , Chemical , Petrochemical Industries.

Treasury, Cash Flow & Working Capital

Financial Planning, Budgeting & FP&A;

CAPEX & Manufacturing Expansion

Corporate Governance & Risk Management

ESG & Sustainability Finance





Digital Finance (SAP / ERP / Power BI)

Preferred Profile

Chartered Accountant (CA) (Mandatory)

1825+ years of senior finance leadership experience

Minimum 510 years as CFO / Group CFO / Finance Director / VP Finance

Solid exposure to manufacturing, project finance, investor management, fundraising, M&A;, treasury, IPO readiness, and business transformation.

Candidates from Plastic Recycling, Polymer, Petrochemical, Chemicals, Manufacturing, Renewable Energy, Waste Management, or Circular Economy industries will be preferred.
