Role Description The Central Production Planning Control role is a full-time, on-site position based in Vapi. This role is responsible for developing and managing production plans, ensuring that schedules align with capacity, material availability, and customer demand.

Day-to-day activities include monitoring production progress, coordinating with manufacturing, procurement, and quality teams, and adjusting schedules to address delays or changes in requirements. The role involves analyzing data to improve workflow efficiency, reduce bottlenecks,



and optimize resource utilization. The individual will also prepare reports, maintain planning documentation, and communicate timelines and priorities to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Production Planning and managing Production Schedules, with the ability to coordinate multiple line, processes & Plants.
- Demonstrated Planning and Analytical Skills to interpret data, forecast demand, and optimize resources.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and conveying production plans clearly.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, preferably in central planning or production control functions.
- Proficiency in planning or ERP software and MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work in office in Vapi, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing production priorities.
- Relevant diploma or degree in engineering, production management, operations, or a related field.
