Key Responsibilities

Job Applications: Apply to over 100 job opportunities daily on behalf of students using various job portals.

Resume Customization: Tailor and optimize resumes to align with specific job descriptions and industry standards.

Professional Networking:



Build and maintain skilled relationships with Hiring Managers, Talent Specialists, and IT Recruiters.

Career Guidance: Provide personalized career guidance and support to students throughout their US job search journey.

Interview Preparation: Facilitate interview preparation by offering constructive feedback to enhance student readiness.

Networking Assistance: Assist students in networking with industry professionals to expand their career opportunities.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree required.

Experience: Proven experience in career services, recruitment, or a related field.
