· A Maintenance KPI, or key Performance Indicator's
· Positive Knowledge a quantifiable measure used to track the effectiveness and efficiency of maintenance activities and goals.
· Positive knowledge of (MTBF & MTTR) the average time between equipment failures & the average time it takes to repair a piece of equipment.
· Valuable knowledge of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) To Assess. Productivity percentage (PMP) or Schedule Compliance to track preventive maintenance efforts.
· Good knowledge of shop flower Machine breakdown & Assembly line Conveyors.
· Knowledge of Auto Robotic Run Process & Servo motors and Servo drives connectional& DC
· Knowledge of utility, Lift, Chiller's DG sets & MTC & HRTC Cranes, Cooling Tower, water pumps, & RO.
· Knowledge of fire safety recognizing and minimalizing hazards installing and maintaining smoke alarm and fire extinguisher & fire pump, jockey pump pressure settings are typically set slightly higher than the main fire pumps start pressure.
Good Knowledge of hand work and attend the machine breakdown and solved diagnose any Mechanical/ Electrical & Electronics failure.
