Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to manage and support core accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, reconciliations, and vendor/customer coordination. The role will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records, monitoring receivables and payables, supporting tax compliance, and coordinating with auditors to ensure timely and accurate financial submissions.

Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and prepare regular MIS reports.
Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure timely collections and payments.
Prepare vendor payment sheets in accordance with company payment policies.
Compile and prepare relevant data for TDS and GST returns.
Conduct periodic ledger scrutiny and ensure timely reconciliation of accounts.
Coordinate with customers and vendors to address accounting-related requirements.
Liaise with auditors during statutory audits and ensure timely submission of required information and documents.




Ensure tax compliance and maintain accuracy and hygiene of accounting records.
Ensure accounting activities and documentation are completed accurately and within the required timelines.

RequirementsEducational Qualification
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounts, Finance, or a related field.

Experience
3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Experience in bookkeeping, reconciliations, statutory compliance, and accounting operations will be preferred.

Required Skills
Robust proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
Sound knowledge of TDS and GST processes.
Positive understanding of accounting and financial record maintenance.
Robust attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, vendors, and auditors.
