Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused International Voice Process Executives to handle inbound and outbound calls for international clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.
Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets.
Follow company policies,



processes, and compliance guidelines.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when required.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Neutral or international accent preferred.
Solid listening and interpersonal skills.
Positive problem-solving and customer handling abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve performance targets.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
