About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Strategist cum Videographer who is passionate about storytelling and content creation. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for visuals, fresh content ideas, and hands-on experience in shooting and editing engaging videos and photos for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Develop creative content ideas and strategies for social media platforms.
Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and photographs.
Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, reels, and content formats.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute content campaigns.
Write creative captions, hooks, and content concepts.
Ensure all content aligns with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
Manage content production from concept to final delivery.
Organize and maintain media assets and content calendars.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in videography, content creation, or a similar role.
Passionate and enthusiastic about content creation and social media.




Robust creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
Basic knowledge of photo editing tools like Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom.
Experience with DSLR, mirrorless cameras, and smartphone videography.
Understanding of social media algorithms and trending content.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
Experience in creating viral short-form content (Reels, Shorts).
Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation (After Effects is a plus).
Photography and lighting skills.
Ability to independently plan and execute creative shoots.
