Track orders and proactively update customers on delivery status, delays, or issues.
Handle returns, exchanges, cancellations, refunds, and payment-related queries efficiently.
Manage customer concerns and ensure quick resolution to maintain brand trust and loyalty.
Maintain customer data, order records, and interactions in CRM systems.




Assist customers throughout the online shopping journey, improving conversion rates and reducing drop-offs.
Support online sales campaigns, promotions, and recent product launches.
Monitor customer feedback and share insights to improve products, services, and user experience.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with repeat and high-value customers.
