Design & Planning
Create building designs and concepts based on client needs
Develop detailed drawings.
Ensure designs are functional, protected, and aesthetically pleasing
Client Consultation
Meet with clients to understand requirements, budget, and preferences
Present design ideas and revise plans based on feedback
Technical Responsibilities
Prepare construction documents and specifications
Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and regulations
Work with materials, structural systems, and sustainability practices
Project Management
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other specialists
Monitor construction progress to ensure design is followed
Manage timelines and budgets
Site Visits & Supervision
Visit construction sites to review work
Solve design or construction issues as they arise

Skills Required
Creativity and design skills
Solid drawing and software skills (e.g., AutoCAD)
Knowledge of construction methods and materials
Problem-solving and analytical thinking
Communication and teamwork

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
