Key Responsibilities as Tele calling job in Irinjalakuda
Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce various courses
Follow up with interested leads in a qualified and friendly manner
Understand customer needs and provide correct information and solutions
Work towards weekly and monthly enrollment or sales targets
Maintain and update customer details accurately in the CRM system
Improve telecalling and sales skills through regular feedback and training





Eligibility & Requirements for Tele Caller job
Available to join immediately
Available Monday to Saturday,
Comfortable speaking in malayalam
Confident, polite, and eager to learn
Basic understanding of customer interaction and sales is a plus
