Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed façade drawings including plans, elevations, sections and construction details.
Develop shop drawings and technical details based on architectural inputs.
Work on façade systems such as glazing, windows, cladding and related elements.
Coordinate with architects, engineers and project teams to incorporate design requirements.
Prepare material calculations and BOQs.
Raise RFIs and maintain drawing registers.
Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, applicable codes and standards.

Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Civil, Architecture or Mechanical Engineering.
3–8 years of relevant experience in façade design/drafting.
Proficiency in AutoCAD/CAD software.
Valuable understanding of façade systems, materials and detailing.
Solid attention to detail and coordination skills.
This requirement is for both Bangalore & Hyderabhad office

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
