Role Overview:
We are looking for a Junior Architect with 1–2 years of experience to assist in design development, submissions, and working drawings for residential and mixed-use projects. The role involves working closely with the senior team and handling day-to-day drawing tasks with clarity and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare design drawings and layout options
Develop and coordinate submission drawings as per local norms
Produce working drawings for site execution
Assist in presentation drawings
Coordinate with structural and MEP consultants
Maintain accuracy and consistency in all drawings.

Requirements:
B.Arch degree
1–2 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential)
Knowledge of SketchUp / Archicad or similar 3D software
Working knowledge of Photoshop or equivalent for presentations
Understanding of building regulations and submissions
Valuable attention to detail and ability to work independently

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
