Operate and monitor heat treatment furnaces as per defined process parameters.
Set and control furnace temperature, time, atmosphere and cycle parameters.
Perform hardness testing using Hardness Tester / Vickers Hardness Tester.
Conduct microstructure inspection using a microscope.
Ensure heat-treated parts meet required hardness and metallurgical specifications.
Prepare and maintain heat treatment process records, inspection reports and batch records.
Monitor furnace performance and coordinate for preventive maintenance.
Implement corrective actions for process deviations and non-conforming parts.
Coordinate with Production, Quality and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
