Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and support the sales team in achieving revenue targets. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
Identify potential clients and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up with prospects.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Build and maintain robust client relationships.
Coordinate with the marketing and technical teams during the sales process.
Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
Attend exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings when required.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Solid negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing, Websites, Mobile Apps,



or ERP solutions is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or any related field.
0–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, or Customer Support.
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B sales is an added advantage.
Familiarity with CRM software.
Valid driving license is preferred.

Salary & Perks
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
