Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain the company's products and services clearly.
Generate and qualify sales leads.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
Schedule meetings for the sales team when required.
Maintain customer information and update CRM/software regularly.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead management.
Prepare daily call reports and sales updates.
Requirements
Fresher or up to 3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Tele Calling, Customer Support,
or Sales.
Positive communication and convincing skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Google Sheets, etc.).
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Ability to achieve sales targets.
Solid negotiation and follow-up skills.
