About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager with robust closing skills to manage client meetings, drive revenue, and lead the sales team in the real estate and investment sector.

Key Responsibilities
Handle meetings scheduled by the Pre-Sales team
Present investment opportunities and close deals
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
Manage and mentor the sales team
Improve conversion rates and sales performance
Handle high-value and premium clients
Train team members on pitching and closing techniques
Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation

Requirements
2–6 years of sales experience (Real Estate preferred)
Strong negotiation and closing abilities




Experience handling high-ticket clients
Proven track record in achieving targets
Leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
