Job Overview
Role Title: Accounts Faculty / Computerized Accounting Trainer / Tax & Tally Faculty
Location: Edappally, Ernakulam (On-site, Classroom-based instruction)
Employment Type: Full time
Expected Salary: ₹20,000+ per month (Based on technical expertise, software certifications, and teaching experience)

Key Responsibilities
Practical Curriculum Delivery
Conduct highly interactive, practical training sessions for foundational and advanced accounting modules (such as the Skilled Diploma in Banking and Accounting - PDBA).
Teach core industry topics, including Basic & Advanced Accounting concepts, Banking & Auditing processes, and the creation of Financial Statements (Balance Sheets, P&L; accounts).
Software & Computerized Accounting Training
Provide rigorous hands-on lab training in essential accounting tools, primarily TallyPrime, QuickBooks, and Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, financial formulas).
Guide students through SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling)



power-user modules if specialized in ERP systems.
Statutory Taxation & Compliance Instruction
Educate students on live Indian taxation frameworks, focusing deeply on GST implementation (GSTR filings, E-Way bills, Input Tax Credit computation).
Train students on Direct Tax concepts, including Income Tax slabs, TDS/TCS computations, and corporate tax e-filing procedures.
Student Mentorship & Evaluation
Evaluate student progress through regular lab tests, mock assignments, and live-project case studies.
Conduct extra mentoring, doubt-clearing sessions, and assist the placement cell with technical mock interviews to ensure students are corporate-ready.

Job Requirements & Qualifications
Education: M.Com, B.Com, MBA in Finance, or Inter-CA/Inter-CMA candidates

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
