Key Responsibilities

Asset Pickup & Delivery
Deliver and collect laptops, desktops, workstations, servers, monitors, printers, and other IT equipment from customer locations.
Ensure secure handling, loading, unloading, and transportation of IT assets.
Verify delivery and pickup documents and obtain customer acknowledgements.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams to schedule deliveries and collections.

Asset Cleaning & Preparation
Clean laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and accessories before dispatch.
Remove stickers, labels, and dust from returned equipment.
Pack IT equipment safely using company standards.
Assist the technical team in preparing equipment for deployment.
