Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive with experience in the hospitality industry to generate business opportunities, maintain client relationships, and increase room revenue, banquet sales, and corporate tie-ups. The candidate should be confident in field visits, client meetings, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop current business opportunities through field sales activities.
Conduct regular sales visits to corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and local businesses.
Generate room bookings, corporate tie-ups, banquet business, and long-stay business for the hotel.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis.
Coordinate with reservations, operations, and banquet teams for smooth execution of client requirements.
Attend networking events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to enhance hotel visibility.
Follow up on leads, negotiate rates, and close business deals effectively.




Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service standards.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality sales or hotel sales.
Strong knowledge of corporate sales, room sales, and banquet/event sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel locally for client meetings and sales visits.
Valuable understanding of market trends and competitor activities.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic sales reporting.

Preferred Skills
Existing network of corporate clients and travel agents preferred.
Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
Robust relationship management and business development skills.

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Sales, or Marketing will be an added advantage.

Salary

As per industry standards + Incentives based on performance.

Gurgaon H.O, Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
