Work Description:

・Order Management :

Offline Orders: Direct walk-in or phone orders from customers at the outlet.

Online Orders: Orders received through our App or Website platform.

・Food Preparation & Production: Once an order is confirmed, the kitchen/staff team prepares and cooks the food as per the order specifications.

・ Packaging & Delivery ：

Packaging: Cooked food is properly packed for hygiene and secure transport.

Self-Delivery: The cook/chef can deliver the order directly, OR

Delivery Boy: If available, the delivery executive picks up and delivers the order to the customer.

Delivery responsibility ends once the order is handed over to the customer._

・Post-Operations & Management：Cleaning & Hygiene: Cleaning of kitchen, outlet, and service areas after operations.

Staff Management: Scheduling, training,



and managing all staff.

・Business & Work Management: Daily operations, inventory, and workflow handling.

・Food & Customer Management: Quality control of food, customer service, feedback, and relationship management.
