Role Overview:
The Guest Relation Executive will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all visitors and clients at our marketing office. The role involves front-office management, visitor handling, coordination with internal teams, administrative support, and maintaining a welcoming environment that reflects the company's brand image and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors and clients.
Handle guest queries, requests, and concerns professionally.
Coordinate client meetings, site visits, and office tours.
Support marketing activities, events,



and campaigns.
Maintain visitor records, schedules, and reports.
Update CRM records and support digital visitor management processes.

Key Skills Required:
Front-office and visitor management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service and relationship management
MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Valuable coordination, organizational, and multitasking abilities
Qualified attitude with robust attention to detail

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
