Lead and manage end-to-end execution of commercial and high-rise construction projects
Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
Oversee site activities including structural, finishing.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
Monitor project progress and prepare weekly/monthly progress reports
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
Manage procurement, vendor negotiations, and subcontractor performance
Control project costs and handle billing, variations, and claims
Ensure timely approvals, inspections, and statutory clearances
Lead site teams and foster a culture of safety, quality, and accountability

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
