Graduation: Bachelor's degree, EXPERIENCE - 5 TO 10 YEARS, AGE - 27 TO 45
Lead the overall manufacturing strategy, operations, and workforce management across all automotive production facilities.
Develop and implement effective manufacturing systems to ensure high-quality vehicle output and on-time delivery.
Oversee plant managers and production teams, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and R&D; departments to integrate recent product designs into the manufacturing process.
Drive cost efficiency through lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure adherence to local and international regulatory requirements and quality standards (ISO/TS, IATF 16949, etc.).
Implement advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., Industry 4.0, automation, robotics).
Prepare and manage the manufacturing budget, including capital expenditures and operational costs.
