Process Associate (PA-05)
Minimum +1 years work experience in International Call centers.
Freshers with Positive Communication Skills and Interpersonal Skills.
Willing to work in night shifts with excellent written and spoken English, comfortable talking to people and have valuable listening ability, analytical and probing skills.
Responsible for handling Inbound and Outbound Calls.
Able to deliver Quality Services to Customers.
Ensure to meet all the operations and quality norms set by Client.
