Job Summary:

Aaryan Devcon Private Limited is seeking a skilled Billing Engineer with 5–6 years of experience in residential construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for project billing, measurement, cost tracking, and coordination with site and accounts teams to ensure accurate and timely billing.

Key Responsibilities:
Preparation and verification of RA bills, final bills, and subcontractor bills
Taking site measurements and preparing BOQ comparisons
Certification and reconciliation of quantities as per drawings and work executed
Coordination with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and accounts team
Monitoring project costs and controlling billing deviations
Preparation of client billing and follow-up for certification
Handling variation orders, extra items, and claims
Maintaining proper billing records and documentation




Supporting audits and providing required billing-related data
Ensuring compliance with contract terms and timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
5–6 years of relevant experience in residential construction projects
Strong knowledge of BOQ, billing procedures, and measurements
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software
Good understanding of contracts, rates, and specifications
Robust analytical and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Attributes:
Experience with premium or large-scale residential projects
Solid communication and coordination skills
Detail-oriented with high accuracy in measurements and billing
