Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from prospective students and provide complete, accurate course information.
Make outbound calls to follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, and referrals.
Assess student needs and recommend suitable programs and training solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
Manage inquiries professionally, address objections, and guide leads through the enrollment process.
Maintain updated records of interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in Zoho CRM (added advantage).
Ensure exceptional customer service and smooth enrollment experience for every student.
Work closely with marketing and academic teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Requirements
Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)



— both verbal and written.
Proven experience in telesales, call centers, or student admissions, preferably within the education or EdTech sector.
Experience handling both inbound and outbound calls.
Knowledge of Zoho CRM is a strong advantage.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.
Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
Basic computer literacy and CRM usage skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and a solid team player.
